Are we ready to travel through wine again? I am. After another successful virtual journey experiencing some French Favourites, we will head to the USA for our next tasting. We are "Going to California" with an aching in our heart for Central Coast wine. Through our prior eight tastings we have sipped and savored a few wines from California, but never have we dedicated an entire tasting to the USA or its top prpoducing wine state - California.. This Stay Luxurious Wine Journey will travel beyond the popular regions of California and focus on the Central Coast. As your guide, I will once again curate 5 or 6 wines and transport you to a new destination to discover what makes California wine revered and appreciated across the world. And as with all wine tastings we shall once again discuss alll the details such as the grapes, regions, styles, tastes, pairing opportunities, fun facts, hisotry, and more through a 90 minute presentaiton. The list of curated wines appears on our blog currently and as always 5 days prior I'll email those who signed up a specific yet simple instructions on how to prepare the wines, ideas for culinary tastes to pair with the selected wines, and simple instrucitons to make the most of our Stay Luxurious Wine Journey.
